How to become a member?

	Any person may apply to become an Ordinary Member by submitting the online membership application form along with online payment of the annual membership fee. This is the most-preferred method for application for membership. Click Here To Become A Member Online
	Alternatively, the membership form could be downloaded and mailed to the Executive Secretary at the following address, accompanied by a check for US $ 100 payable to the "International Society of Ocular Oncology".

	The suitability of the prospective members to fulfill the requirements of the Society, as laid down in the Constitution and Byelaws, shall be examined by the Chairman, Membership Committee prior to the ballot.
	The paid Annual Membership Due shall be refunded in the rare event that the candidate does not qualify to be a member of the ISOO.
